Prints are made-to-order and usually ship in 3–5 business days, then take another 3–7 days to reach you. 3D-printed originals are hand-prepared by Aarin and ship within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email with tracking the moment it leaves the studio.
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to activate after a label is created. If it's been longer than that, just email aarinsart@gmail.com with your order ID and we'll investigate.
If your status is still "Payment received" or "Awaiting confirmation," yes — email us right away. Once an order is "In production" we usually can't change it, but we'll do our best.
